"OK tarquin, so here's what we're going to do.
I've taken out a small sum, just a couple of mill, to buy up this fabulous row of terraces in a valley somewhere up north. They need a bit of work but one of daddies friends says his company will fix them up for us, and then we can rent them out to the local people. It'll really expand our portfolio, along with the village hall, and I got it for an absolute steal"
